Have you tried to explain to others the dish, but couldn’t quite remember – wouldn’t a cookbook be helpful? We need all your help!!! Join the RPCV Hospitality Network. Offer your extra bedroom or pull-out couch to a traveling RPCV by listing yourself in the RPCV Hospitality Network Directory, which is due out in April (so hurry!). See the following link and below email message for details and contact information to be included in the directory (it's easy to submit online) and/or to purchase the directory. 400 RPCVs have already volunteered their homes, and most charge less than $5/day for their hospitality!
